An initial impression of rich, buttery cream evolves into aromas of honey and lightly toasted almonds, followed by pineapple, citrus and crème brûlée aromas. This wine is refreshing on the palate, with a minerality that is bright and clean. Bonterra was founded on the philosophy that farming organically produces the purest, most flavourful fruit.
